Reference project for mixed palletising of different flavours of non-alcoholic beverages

July 16, 2018

Project for mixed palletising of different flavours of non-alcoholic beverages. ERP systems creates batch order in mix mode for flavour mixing. WMS system controls material flow and receives batch orders. It delivers the pallets with one flavour and creates priority queue.  It also delivers empty pallet stacks, receives mixed pallets and returned partially used one flavour pallets.

Layer pattern is created from the ERP system: mixing of 3 flavours, rainbow and sandwich pallets, no flavour quantity restriction.

In the (de)palletising unit proceeds pallet handling based on priority and continuous communication with ERP/WMS systems for stock control.
